The handling of personal data can be carried out with the above mentioned methods and modalities by Esautomotion S.p.A., by third parties supplying services of data processing or carrying out complementary activity or activities required for carrying out services and operations you required. Moreover, when it is necessary in order to satisfy your requests, data can be also disclosed to Esautomotion S.p.A. employees, additional departments of the company and companies, even foreign companies, belonging to the same group.
Data will be stored within the EU, on a server owned by Esautomotion S.p.A..
With reference to the above mentioned purposes, Esautomotion S.p.A. informs that supplying personal information is optional for the activities of the company, while it is compulsory for purposes 1) and 2) and therefore in these last cases the refusal to provide personal information will cause the impossibility to fulfil your requests by Esautomotion S.p.A.
With reference to the above situation 3), Esautomotion S.p.A. will require from time to time, by means of boxes on the website pages, the authorisation for the use of personal data.
